Marcha has extensive experience in financial, corporate and investor communication. She currently works with listed and non-listed companies across a range of sectors, including resources, energy, financial services, and life sciences. She also advises clients on IPO transactions, working closely with senior executives and their advisors.

Marcha has strong media relationships across mainstream and trade media nationally and extensive experience in developing thought leadership positions for companies. As a client services director, Marcha develops and implements communication strategies, and provides high-level counsel to help her clients achieve a higher media profile and develop relationships with key stakeholders including media, investors and the wider community.

Prior to joining H+K, Marcha was at one of Australia’s leading financial and investor relations firm, Westbrook Financial Communications.

Marcha holds  three degrees –  a Bachelor of Corporate Communication (France), Bachelor of Communication (Griffith, QLD, Award for Academic Excellence) and  Master of Strategic Public Relations (Sydney, Distinction average).
